- несоответствие между регистрационными записями в отношении общего количества акций или общей основной суммы долга по облигациям в общем реестре лицевых счетов владельцев ценных бумаг (master securityholder file) по эмитенту и соответствующими данными, внесенными в контрольный (синтетический) счет (control book); или
- несовпадение реквизитов передаваемой или погашенной ценной бумаги с соответствующими реквизитами, имеющимися в основном реестре лицевых счетов; в случае, когда подобное расхождение не может быть сразу устранено
